We offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with any tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

Email us at store@pawfectpetgift.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we cover return shipping.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is wrong, contact us within 7 days at store@pawfectpetgift.com.au with photos and we will send a replacement or full refund.

Non-returnable items

Personalised or custom-made items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order for the replacement.
