Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how PAWFECT PET GIFT ships orders placed on pawfectpetgift.com.au. Please read it carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us you agree to the terms below.

 

Processing time

 

All orders are handmade to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched from our workshop. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. During sale periods and around public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

 

Shipping destinations and rates

 

We currently ship to customers within Australia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your order.

 

Standard shipping within Australia: flat rate calculated at checkout.

 

Free shipping within Australia: available on all orders over AUD $100 (before any discounts and excluding shipping charges). The free shipping promotion will be applied automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.

 

International shipping may be offered from time to time. If available, rates, taxes and duties will be shown at checkout and any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Estimated delivery time

 

Once dispatched, standard Australian orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. These timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

 

Order tracking

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available on the carrier’s website.

 

Incorrect addresses

 

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us at pawid.world@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.

 

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

 

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check the tracking link and contact the carrier. If you still need help, contact us at pawid.world@gmail.com with your order number and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the item and the packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
